Tinyo, a small orange cat companion

We don’t count days. We count what the days changed.

Including the days you slipped. What breaks people isn’t the slip — it’s the “all for nothing” that comes right after it.

Why the counters keep failing.

  1. Relapsing is part of how change works.

The slip itself rarely makes anyone give up — the “it’s all for nothing” feeling does.

  2. But day counters design the slip into a disaster.

One bad moment erases every good one. On your worst day, the app has nothing left to offer but a zero.

  3. That’s why streaks break, and break again.

Tinyo counts different things: money saved, cigarettes skipped, a body quietly recovering. All of it stays, even after a slip.

A day with Tinyo.

No dashboards to master. Small moments, and proof they add up.

Most days · one minute

Check in, tick one little swap.

Open the app, note how today feels, and trade one small action for it. Your cat grows a little.

When the craving hits · about three minutes

Not just a record. A way out.

When the craving hits, it hands you tools, not a log: breathing, soundscapes, Rx notes. Pick the one that works for you.

The day you slip

That day stays on the calendar too.

Moods, reflections, and what actually happened are all kept. Scroll back and you will see yourself getting better, little by little.

Whenever doubt creeps in

One number is not progress.

A day count is not progress. Tinyo shows what those days changed: money saved, cigarettes skipped, cravings resisted, a body quietly recovering. All of it stays, even after a slip.

The question underneath it all

"How long until this gets easier?"

The recovery timeline answers in science-backed stages, from 20 minutes after your last cigarette to the weeks your lungs rebuild. You always know what is normal, and what comes next.

Your stage. Your numbers. Your proof.

See where you are, what most people feel at this stage, and your own numbers, week by week. Every figure traces back to your records or CDC research.

Streak apps

Tinyo

You slip, and the number drops to zero.
Your progress stays. Your cat waits.
The streak becomes a number to protect.
The cat becomes a companion to grow with.
On a bad day, the app has nothing left to say.
On a bad day, there is a Rx note and one small action.

Privacy is not a setting. It is the default.

Tinyo has no account system. What you write stays where it belongs: with you.

No accounts, at all.

No sign-up, no login, no phone number to bind. There is no account to breach, so there is nothing to leak.

AI analysis is opt-in.

The only thing that ever uploads is the optional smart analysis. You decide whether it runs. Leave it off, and everything stays on your device.

Why I built Tinyo.

Most habit apps are counters. A number goes up until the day it crashes to zero, and then the app has nothing left to say to you.

Tinyo works the other way around. Your cat is a smaller you. It grows a little every time you show up, and on the day you slip, it does not scold you and it does not vanish. It waits, and it starts again with you.

The check-ins, the little swap actions, the Rx notes for the hard minutes: they all feed the same cat.

That is the whole idea. Grow together.

Pick your thing.

Be honest: is there one thing you keep going back to?

Swipe the card, or tap

That is okay.

Nothing to quit is a fine place to be. If the day ever comes, a small cat will be waiting right here.

How often do you light one?

How many times have you tried to quit?

Last thing: let the future you actually look like you.

Will it cost money?

What about my privacy?

No leaderboards, no public streaks, no numbers to compete over. Your progress is between you and your cat.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. Tinyo is a wellness companion, not a treatment. If you need medical support, please talk to a professional.

What happens if I relapse?

Nothing resets. Your cat waits, your history stays, and the next morning starts with one small action instead of a zero.
